Finally finished this one last week. This took me a long time to do, because I was so enthralled with it. I’m quite pleased with how it came out.

A Majestic Wooden Box Set of Watercolour Pencils and Stuff
Dick Blick Studios is offering this very awesome collection of watercolour pencils and various other things by Derwent. I would so love this, but it’s way overkill, but still, WOW!
To celebrate the wedding of His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton, Derwent has created the “Majestic” wooden box set. This limited edition of 500 features a large wooden box filled with a variety of Derwent products, accessories, and memorabilia to commemorate the big day.
Made from maple with a beautiful walnut veneer, the Majestic holds a selection of more than 150 pencils, blocks and painting sticks drawn from some of Derwent’s unique, innovative, and classic ranges. Included are Derwent Inktense blocks and pencils, Graphitint pencils, Aquatone sticks, and Metallic and Watercolor pencils, in addition to a variety of accessories.
Each box also includes an individually numbered plaque on the lid, and a certificate of authenticity signed by David Sharrock, Managing Director of Cumberland Pencil Company, the manufacturer of Derwent fine art pencils.
A portrait of the happy couple, drawn by pencil artist Angela Gaughan and encased in a wooden frame with gold accents, provides a lasting memento of the wedding day.
This set includes the following materials:
- Layer 1: 12 Metallic pencils, 14 Aquatone sticks, and 17 Graphitint pencils
- Layer 2: 24 Inktense blocks and 43 Inktense pencils
- Layer 3: 43 Watercolor pencils, plastic eraser, metal sharpener, kneadable eraser, sandpaper block, two pencil extenders, medium waterbrush, paper stump, and three grippers
- Layer 4: A portrait of His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton, a ceramic palette, three natural sponges, masking fluid, and a certificate signed by the Managing Director of The Cumberland Pencil Company.
